Along with the development of increasingly tight competition inevitable. Losing customers experienced by EAT Bandung Shop recently thought to be caused by a lack of consumer satisfaction in the appliance of retailing mix strategy by the EAT Shop. The purpose of this research is to Determine and find whether there is a relationship between the retailing mix, customer satisfaction with customer loyalty by looking at the current condition by using path analysis methods. So as to provide input to the CV ORCA / EAT a proposed program in order to develop a mix of retail, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty that is expected at the end of the company's goals can be achieved. Research method used is descriptive through questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely consumer EAT SHOP Jl. Trunojoyo No.15 Bandung during the period September 2009 - November 2009. Based on data collected from field work, with a path analysis statistical test, concluded that the EAT SHOP Bandung, Mix of Retail and Customer Satisfaction has a significant impact either partially or simultaneously on customer loyalty. Final results of this study is a proposed implementation plan for meningkkatkan Mix of Retail, Customer satisfaction, customer loyalty to EAT SHOP Bandung, which is expected to contribute in winning the competition in the industry both distributions in Bandung and in Indonesia in general. |
