beneficial to the operations and services enhance personal competence, and ultimately can enhance corporate innovation. PT PLN (Persero) Distribution West Java and Banten was part of PT PLN (Persero), served as a public company that distributes electric power and services in the areas of West Java and Banten, has applied knowledge management to develop its human resources to be able to provide the best service for their customers and become the best distribution unit in 2012. This final project is focused on the audit implementation of knowledge management that has been running in the period 2008-2009 at the Unit within the Service Area Network (APJ) Bandung PT PLN (Persero) Distribution West Java and Banten. This audit used three <br />
<br />
<br />
approaches in the form of an audit knowledge management program, the audit learning organization, and audit knowledge management process. The study that carried out give an overview that PLN APJ Bandung still have to improve the quality of knowledge management program that has been implemented, although has a base belonging to become learning organization and already have good knowledge management process. |
