To answer that challenge at least there are three factors needed to be concerned: low drag design, efficient engine and good driving-strategy Related to first factor that mentioned previously, a prototype car named HEAVe is designed. This design is then simulated numerically using commercial software FLUENT and ANSYS. It is done to check the aerodynamic characteristics of external configuration of the design. <br />

As result of the simulations, this design that based on teardrop concept is aerodynamically good. Beside has low drag so that it can efficiently managed the thrust produced by engine, HEAVe configuration also has downforce which is <br />
