Summary:King's Shopping Centre is a company engaged in the shopping centre business built to meet the needs and desires of costumers by providing shopping facilities and supported by the tenants which are expected to meet the market needs. <br /> <br /> <br /> In order to improve the company performance, increase revenues, and improve service to the customers, King's Shopping Centre should create a conducive working environment in carrying out the vision, mission and the objectives of the company. By the increasing levels of competition in the shopping business, King's Shopping Centre should increase the entrepreneurial culture in the company, usually called corporate entrepreneurship, so that all members of management within the company can create new creative ideas, business innovation (new product development, new programs, business processes or other innovations), take every opportunities, dare to take a risk, so the company can sustain and develop more in facing the competition. <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this research is to determine the orientation of corporate entrepreneurship within the company by analyzing the factors that affects company performance. Interviewing and EOS (Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey) which used to measure indicators of corporate entrepreneurship from several dimensions, and ELQ (Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire) which used to measure company leadership characteristic are taken from Neal Thornberry (2006) books. After doing research with 50 questionnaires, the results show that the lowest value in EOS dimensions is Future Orientation with value 3,17 which is perceptive average, and the highest value 3,55 is Strategy Planning dimension which percieved as high average. Whereas from ELQ research, there is gap between Importancy (I) and Frequencies (F). The lowest level of accomplishment (F/I) is GEL (77.03%) and the highest level of accomplishment is Accelerator (83.33%). <br /> <br /> <br /> This research is expected that all King's Shopping Centre’s employees will be fully supporting the development of entrepreneurship culture in the company, producing the best company performance in accommodating the interests of the company, tenants and especially customers so the company can be categorized as entrepreneur cultured company (corporate entrepreneurship).
