This “multi-use” condition if presented as 2D will case an overlap positions in the sea’s parcel, therefore 3D model is require to visualize the vertical condition. Gapura Beach Hotel Makassar used as case studies in this undergraduate thesis. Data uses in processing consisted of feature point coordinate, and bathymetric data. feature point coordinate used to construct object, while the bathymetric data used to obtain the depth contours. 3D Model of Gapura Beach Hotel is obtained by making a "footprint" of object and “extrude” height element to get a 3D object. Depth contours obtained by interpolation of the bathymetric data. This 3D modeling use Autocad Map 3D and ArcGIS to procesingg data. Analysis conducted on 3D model’s result by comparing the 3D model building procedure of each software, subsequently the result will be defined it’s level of detail by the category of OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium). 3D Visualisation obtained can be used for the implementation of the Hybrid cadastre, with alternative registration of physical object. text
