To maintain the distribution of oil and gas through this pipeline, it requires early action to prevent failure in the distribution of oil and gas through pipeline. Integrity management and material performance improvisation to be part of the solution in preventing pipeline from failure. This is what underlies PT <br /> <br /> <br /> Pertamina EP Region Sumatera to perform integrity analysis and semiquantitative risk assessment of its FRP Composite Pipeline. <br /> <br /> <br /> In this final project will be done integrity analysis and semi-quantitative risk assessment of FRP Composite Pipeline SP Beringin - PPP Prabumulih owned by PT Pertamina EP Region Sumatera. From the analysis it was found that the failure in the integrity of FRP Composite Pipeline SP Beringin - PPP Prabumulih PT Pertamina EP Region Sumatera for sustain loading, failure in pipeline occur at the operating pressure above 500 Psi , for expansion and combined loading failure in pipeline occur at the operating pressure above 300 Psi, while from analysis of semi-quantitative risk assessment it was found that in this pipeline for low-risk category are occur in 23 areas while the medium risk category are in 4 areas, while for category of risk with medium-high risk or high risk was not found. text
