The kind of maintenance which is widely used in industrial is predictive maintenance. This method use dynamic analysis to perform maintenance at a scheduled point in time when the maintenance activity is most cost-effective. Dynamic signal analyzer software which could acquire, process, display, save, and read the data is needed to perform this method. Development of vibration signal analysis technology has been widely performed in Dynamics Laboratory PPAU-IR ITB. One of them is named DSA NI-Tony which could perform to process the signal. However this software still needs improvement, especially on the processing signal and the other property. Therefore, further development is needed to refine this software. <br /> <br /> <br /> This development has produced a computer-based data acquisition system with software which could process signal, acquire, display, save, read the data, and perform signal generator. This software is created using a graphical programming language LabVIEW 7.1 and used to control data acquisition hardware NI PCI-4451. Display and operation of this software made to resemble the benchmarking hardware HP MSA-3566A. <br /> <br /> <br /> The calibration is conducted to gather successful parameter for this software. The calibration included two stages: a calibration for analog input by signal generator from MSA HP-3566A, and a calibration for analog output by signal generator from NI PCI-4451. MSA HP-3566A will be used for reference for every calibration. The frequency response function test is performed to know the performance for this software. <br /> <br /> <br /> This software can properly used to control NI PCI-4451 data acquisition card, process, display, save, and read the data. This software could used to do acquisition and generate signal in the same time. Moreover, this software has an enhanced performance in accord to the standard requirement as a dynamic signal analyzer. text
