Indonesia economics crisis makes Indonesia\'s business undergo rapid changing. During crisis, profitable companies become illness company even stop it\'s operation or collapse and the other company makes big profit. CV XYZ is one of the furniture companies in Jepara that make big profit during crisis. Jepara city is the famous carve and furniture city in Indonesia and abroad because there are many home industries furniture that produce high quality furniture with low price. This case study is intended as strategy proposal for CV XYZ exploit economics crisis and to make sustainable growth after economics crisis is over. The business strategy is based on internal environment analysis to see the strength and weakness and external analysis to find out the opportunity and threat of the company. SWOT Matrix, GE Matrix and Three Generic Strategy is used as a tool to determine position of the company. After it, using the same tools, is developed strategy alternative and finally find out implementation strategy at four functional level i.e. Marketing production, financial and human resource.
