This research is carried out to study the role of jurus air satu and jurus angin satu breathing and body motion practice believed to be the method for this kind of energy processing and to see the possibility of applying this for industrial purposes. Since research in this area is still in the very beginning phase, the study here is more of an explorative type. Paired T-test for pre post test measurements result differences in almost every aspects tested. Heart rate increases 8.70% for male and 1.90% for female as well as the vital capacity of the lung: 1.79% for male and 1.06% for female. Measurement of skin temperature shows that in males increases 0.03% while in females decreases 0.71%. Body resistance shows a decrease of 20.65% for male and also a decrease of 18.30% for female. Besides that, jurus air satu and angin sate motions is found to have the potentials to increase the functional ability of body parts namely, to extent pivotal movements, strenghten and increasing the resistance of the muscles, and improve nervous system function to coordinate the movement. It is concluded that inner power training practice with jurus air satu and angin satu have the indications to be useful for working at industries especially of the kinds that use upper parts of the body. It is also seen that employee programmers may benefit this kind of training. |
