The research also analyze the cost and benefit of the taking over of the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> service responsibility in sector A and C by comparing the cost and economic benefit of equipments installation and personnel training required. To determine the feasibility of the investement and the effort is done by calculating Payback period and IRR ( Interest Rate of Return). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research concludes that based on the technical review, Indonesia is able to give full air traffic services in airspace sector A and C. Cost investment in 2009 is <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> estimated Rp.41.568.500.000,- and the benefit (advantage) is Rp.10.843.893.500,- for the same year.
