Many separation research has allowed like solvent extraction, precipitation, solid phase extraction and ion-exchange. In this research, it has been done analysis with column chromatograph with MFI zeolite as separator material for that would separate mixture of Cu2+ and Pb2+ then Cu2+ and Ni2+. The main principal of this separation is a various of pore size between metals pore and zeolite’s pore. MFI zeolite was synthesized at 90oC temperature with ratio /Al=100, H20/Si=11.69, NaOH/Si=0.14 dan Tpa-Br/Si=0.086. Time is adjusted between 2-4 days. The formed zeolite then characterized with XRD, SEM-EDX and N2 adsorption-desorption. Separation process of Cu2+ and Pb2+ then Cu2+ and Ni2+ is using column chromatograph with initial starting liquid at 10 ppm then eluted with obtained volume then eluate was patched at 1 mL micro tube. The results showed that AAS analysis is possibly that copper(II) trapped at zeolite material with separation efficiency about 30-40%, while lead(II) and nickel(II) is passed away from pores trapped. Other characterization such as SEM-EDS is to evaluate the possibly of lead(II), copper(II), and nickel(II) and XRD is to reveal the structureof synthesized material. text
