This research relates to implementation of SOP, which are a working standard reference that must be obeyed by operators as powerful tool at working area, a basic tool for Supervisor and Production Manager to determine standard of working operation in order to guarantee continuities of process meet on schedule, safely, and controlled. The SOP involves at whole of automotive’s assembling process without exception, as an example in the line of welding, painting and assembling. If there is one workstation in trouble, the line of assembly will be stop. This is a reason why each kind of job must have operating standard, hopefully, it can reduce the fault processing, and so the effective time for each job process can be <br /> <br /> <br /> estimated. <br /> <br /> <br /> In general, the SOP made manually, meanwhile the constraint in automotive’s industries is the information flows dynamically. For example the addition, eleminating or replacing of a component at definite process which emerge from developing a model product. It will make influences on production activities at the time of change information is submitted. Hopefully, the change of flowing information will not make influences against work effectivity. As the <br /> <br /> <br /> change happens frequently, the information of production must be skillfully and dynamically. Based on the issue, this research have intention to replace manually SOP to be electronically SOP The implementing method for solving problem is based on Web technology. <br /> <br /> <br /> This developing system have abilities to do renewal SOP directly as process of addition, eleminating or replacing a component. The previously record of SOP is still saved on database. By making of the system information, the distribution of SOP on each working area can be shortened. This developing system is a sub unit of another automotive’s assembling system. text |
