Telkom Tbk, as one of the largest telecommunication company in Indonesia, has establish organization unit inside the company according to the content of Keputusan Direksi Perusahaan Perseroan PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia TBK. No: KD.50/PS150/COP/B0030000/2006 about Company Production Equipment Maintenance and Refinement. This unit called Maintenance Service Center (MSC) which will be called Telkom MSC later. To maintain its existential, Telkom MSC are expected to fix every problem which the parent company, PT, Telkom Tbk, faces quickly according to the decided scope of work from the Directors Decision. To cope business environment challenges and keep its competitive advantage, TEKOM is entering transformation process. As one of supporting business unit Telkom MSC demanded to be answer those transformation process by formulating it into business strategic. One of a way to improve Telkom MSC performance is to apply entrepreneurial culture, or known as corporate entrepreneurship. To apply a healthy corporate entrepreneurship in Telkom MSC, entrepreneurial behavior leadership is of course needed. To understand entrepreneurial leadership level in Telkom MSC, a research should be conducted. The research use Neal Thorberry (2006) Questionnaire (ELQ). The result from the questionnaire indicate that there is a gap between entrepreneurial leadership behavior expected and <br /> <br /> <br /> what the employee expected. The result of this research are expected to be evaluation material for Telkom MSC to develop entrepreneurship passion, especially from the leader side, so in the end could increase company performance more further. The result from ELQ analysis shows that there is gaps between entrepreneurial leadership employee expected considered important (I) and frequency leadership behavior based perception from its employee. From those result is shows that entrepreneurial leadership in Telkom is enough from the <br /> <br /> <br /> level (F/I) almost 80%, except Integrator type is quite far by the other by value(77%). Based on conclusion from ELQ analysis result and its relevancy with business issues involved, so recommendation design that basically including annual entrepreneurial education program, program that could improve teamwork, questionable decision reevaluation, system simplification, and support for employees to increase creativity using reward and punishment system. text
