Description
Summary:Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever(DHF) epidemic has been a global crisis from the increasing cases every year. This paper wants to know how to prevent DHF by analyzing the dynamics of mosquito populations. Aedes aegypti life cycle is divided into five stage: immature(W1), mature(W2), larva(L), nulliparous(A1), and parous(A2). Population projection matrix represents the dynamics of Aedes aegypti populations. Basic Reproduction Ratio is used to analyse the growth of mosquito population. Then, parameter estimation is built which is used in model and numerical simulation is done from parameter given, simulation for constant matrix Q, and simulation for matrix Q depend on water dependency. The simulations result shows that immature and mature stage influences R0, the higher of survival rate in each stage the higher of mosquito populations, but R0 is vice versa, and a water dependency influences the growth of mosquito populations.
