Dock in <br /> <br /> <br /> this country is not enough to serve ship needed especially for big ships, so that must do doking on abroad with costlier cost. To overcome that thing needs to built new dock or repairs old dock that is improper operates again. <br /> <br /> <br /> This final project contain marine railway design with triangular cradle well as known as slipway. The design covers design of cradle and hauling system. To test strength of cradle structures using software pro Engineering, while design of gear at hauling system use AGMA standard. <br /> <br /> <br /> The Result from analysis cradle structures its safety factor reaching 1,5. For safety factor of gear at hauling system its a minimum of 1,4 and energy required for electric motor is 120 kWs. Hopefully this design of marine railway can be use to build dock in Indonesia so earns dependency on abroad. text |
