Politeknik Aceh is higher educational institution with vocational based system that become the industry and people needs as the basic for determine the quality of education. Politeknik Aceh is the new educationel institution and hasn't the educational quality standard yet based on the hope from the people and industry. <br /> <br /> <br /> In this Final project, will formulate the strategy to improve the educational quality for Politeknik Aceh that describe from external and internal environtment analysis, after that formulated based SWOT Analysis and then transformed on TOWS Matrix to formulate strategy improvement the quality of education. As the additional, strategic initiative arranged with the suitable strategy that had formulated One of the strategy improvement the quality in Politeknik Aceh is the development the curriculum and the supporting element to get the quality that hoped, because curriculum is the orientation by educational service that can be help the higher educational institution determine direction of study and the method of implementation. <br /> <br /> <br /> In the development of curriculum, many method can implemented, one of them is using principles of Total Quality Management, the principle that using by company to improve tha quality of product and service to the customer On this final project, will determine the development of the strategy and program for improvement the quality of education in Politeknik Aceh with principle of Total Quality Management on strategic initiative.
