These core competencies must be improved continuously, so the company can be proved better than its rivals in achieving competitive advantage. <br /> <br /> <br /> This study aims to give a strategic management recommendation and implementation framework for a newly established digital printing business. The object of this study is X‐Printing, which is located nearby Parahyangan University. Therefore, the target market of this company is the students of Parahyangan University. X‐Printing was having problems stagnation of its revenue growth in the first 4 months of its operation. X Printing is suffering financial loss and poor image <br /> <br /> <br /> from its customers that it needs to handled strategically. <br /> <br /> <br /> Strategy Formulation as a strategic solution was created using environmental scanning and TOWS Matrix, which indicate that X‐Printing should use cost focus and customer intimacy as its strategic positioning. <br /> <br /> <br /> The Research concludes that X‐Printing needs to take strategic initiatives to lower costs, printing quality improvement, and service diversification through printer replacement and training. X‐Printing is recommended to implement the framework at the beginning of semester to build barrier to entry through satisfied customer's loyalty. text |
