Innovation in business models is an important factor supporting the sustainability and competition within a company. Bandung, a city that has high potentials for tourism, is a haven for the hospitality industry and other forms of accommodation services. Residential hotel is one type of hotels that provide alternative services to stay within a relatively long period of time. With these services, it enables the formation of a business concept that provides assistance in the operation management of hotel residensis, especially in Bandung. With special features for residential hotels like a small kitchen and living room, allows the guests to meet the residential needs during the stay at this hotel. <br /> <br /> <br /> Study and design of that business model is approached from the consumer preferations through questionnaires and supported by interviews of the manager of residential hotel to find out what the variables that influence the operational hotel and designs of the hotel business concept are. There was also coupled with an interview to the hotel manager that has quite stable in its operational management. The results of the questionnaires was processed using cross tabulation and hypothesis testing like correlation to determine the relationship between each variable that observed. <br /> <br /> <br /> Through questionnaires and interviews were obtained that the variables that affect the hotel operations is the operational of Front Office division, Housekeeping divisions and also Food and Beverage division. Housekeeping Division affected by the special facilities that available in the residential hotel. All of these operational variables affect profitable business model variable. <br /> <br /> <br /> All findings and indicators in the study of the relationship between the operating variables residential hotel and business model is used in the design of the Operational Business Model for Residential Hotel in PT X , Cikutra, Bandung. From the results obtained indicated that the draft design is able to give the benefits based on the monthly operational costs incurred by the company.
