Summary:The efective and efficient principal are very important in manufacturing industry. A good production policy depend on market need should be supported by a good production monitoring system. An online production monitoring <br /> <br /> <br /> system is needed. Every production lines should be monitored to get an accurate data of production <br /> <br /> <br /> Programmable logic controller is used to make production monitoring system. Making Programmable logic controller communication network system which are connected in every production station will produce an accurate and update production data. The buttons system is used to collect datas according to the vehicles which are assemblied. <br /> <br /> <br /> Before implemented the system which is designed , the system should be simulated to test the performance. Mitsubishi melsec Q02H is used to performed the system. The simulation is expected to produce datas which are similar with the reeal system. The datas are classified into kinds of vehicles which are made and the time when the vehicles are made. The datas which had been collected will be recorded into csv files (comma separated value).
