Value of corporation can be reflected by corporate stock price. The fluctuation of stock price at the corporate that had listed at the capital market can be clearly seen and influenced by many factor. To fulfill corporate obligation to the stockholders, management pay dividends for each period. And the changing of stock price influenced by the payment of corporate dividends.In this study, the objects are corporate stocks that had been entered LQ 45 group in February-July 1997 period and listed at Jakarta Stock Exchange. To define the problem, this study is using multiple regression with one dependend variable (changing of the stock price) and two independent variable (dividend per share and dividend payout ratio).The result of this study is influence payment of corporate dividends with dividend per share variable and dividen payout ratio variable is not significant to the changing of stock price at secondary market.
