Summary:As one of the government agent banks in Indonesia, Bank X is obliged to operate the Corporate Social Responsibility Program which is the one method done through a program called Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL), funded through the parting of after tax profit. PKBL is set to increase the competence of small industries in becoming tougher and more independent, done by utilizing the citizen’s social condition in the company environment, while also realizing the triple tracks set by the government as its political promises to the people which are: (1) decreasing unemployment, (2) decreasing poverty rate and (3) increasing economic growth. In handling that, the government needs an accurate strategy. Along with the program realization, this research is done with a purpose of reviewing and evaluating the education practiced by Bank X in Bandung, while also figuring out the aspired outcome and the problems directly faced by the small enterprises (trained partners), so that accurate strategies to increase the quality of trained partners can be resulted. The research was started by analyzing funding, training, post - training and exhibition variables. It was executed using qualitative method through in depth interviews with eleven trained partners in Bandung. These in depth interviews were done to explore experiences, figure out problems and trained partners’ hopes about Bank X’s PKBL process. Based on the results of the in depth interviews, it was found that seven partners claimed the funding from Bank X satisfactory, while in terms of training materials consisted of complete subjects, mentality and booking, five partners claimed about their developed knowledge, although they also felt that the training was still theoretic. The benefit of exhibition for trained partners is to expand their marketing channel. The results of the research show that besides good and continuous funding, the optimization process of the development of trained partners in becoming tougher and more independent also needs more applicative training methods so that the partners can easily apply them in organizing their businesses. Using comprehensive reviews, it can be suggested that business incubator is the accurate strategy to achieve the target.
