It is expected to assist the smooth operation of work, facilitate the provision of information in the context of policy making, decision-making leadership DJPb central office and provide services to the public or other government agencies. For every employee, especially those living in the Directorate of Treasury system as the IT unit in DJPB, should have adequate competence. This study tries to design anything good competence soft or hard competency <br /> <br /> <br /> competency in accordance with their respective positions that should be owned by the information officer or human resources that manage IT. The design is carried out through the process of preparing job descriptions. In the design stage begins with the determination of an effective performance criteria, identify examples of <br /> <br /> <br /> criteria, data collection, compilation of competence, and ending with the validation of competence. Formulation of job descriptions using the matrix Interrelationship of Management Responsibility by using the framework of the classification process of the IT sector from the American Productivity and Quality Center. Validation of the results of the competency design interviews conducted by the method of behavior or Behavioral Event Interview. The results of this writing is expected to be taken into consideration for the head <br /> <br /> <br /> office to conduct DJPb assessment, recruitment, transfer, promotion, and development of employees through training and increased competence. text
