In this research study, which examined the problems is what criteria the KKKS assessment and how to determine the winner KKKS objectively based on the assessment criteria that have been determined. Current assessment process KKKS the winning bidder by the Area Working Team Offer not have a method of objective decision making. Therefore, the need to be an objective decision analysis, one with Hierarcy Analytical Method Process (AHP) which is a model of decision making that is often used. <br /> <br /> <br /> AHP is generally used with the aim of setting priorities of the various alternatives / options, and these choices are complex or Multi. By using AHP, the resulting priorities will be consistent with the theory, logical, transparent, and participatory. With the higher demands associated with transparency and participation, will AHP is suitable for formulating public policy priorities that demand transparency and participation. <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this research is to get an idea about the rating system KKKS the winning bidder, knowing the factors that made the guidelines for the assessment system and the winning bidder KKKS analyze and select the alternative contracting method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). <br /> <br /> <br /> From the results of data processing using AHP method, then the criteria major assessment in determining the winning bidder is technically and economically then oil reserve and company performance. From the calculated value of the sub-criteria technical and economic indicate that split has the highest value followed FTP and Future Exploration Expense. For the calculation results show that oil reserve has obtained the highest value followed by oil and gas production and GSPA.
