Description
Summary:Flood phenomenon that happens at watershed is one of the natural disaster that has claimed many losses. This is why the model is created that can be used to measure flood depth that happens at a certain area everytime. Flood depth prediction is important for people who live in watershed to consider when they should evacuate and approximately what loss they would face. This model contains the difference

between in flow and outflow that happens during the rain falls. One of the important factor that should be known to complete this model is the amount of water that comes from an over flowing river. This water can be computed from a hydrologic tool called unit hydrograph. Unit hydrograph describes a certain watershed's response from unit excess rainfall. In this final assignment, Dayeuhkolot as part of Citarum watershed is pointed to be the case study. This area is chosen because it is densely populated and always stroke with periodic flood disaster every year on rainy season. A solution to minimize the loss is given by controling the duration and elevation of the flood so that the flood will not damage too many lives and properties
