Summary: | Coronary heart disease is the most deadly disease. This disease mainly caused by fatty material accumulates within the wall of blood vessel (coronary vessel), and another factors such as arteriosclerosis, coronary thrombosis, and connective tissues accumulation. All of this factors will cause constriction of blood vessels. This constriction may result in a blow out of blood vessels that could lead to death. A modeling of blood vessels constriction could aid understanding of disease and lead to new treatment. At this research, a constriction of blood vessels modeled and simulated using Molecular Dynamics method. When simulation was running, a blew out of wall occured on blood vessels. A blew out of blood vessels wall started off at the rate 80 % of constriction as input pressure is 105 mmHg. |
