Summary: | The main target of this final project is to make stuff that can reutilized waste heat energy provided by gas stove. Based on another final project result before, almost 50% energy from stove burner wasted when they were cooking. However during cooking process, fire flames from the stove burner will slowly decreasing. Eventhough all contents inside the tube has not completely discharged yet. The idea of making this stuff come up from reality condition, using wasted heat energy to keeping the amount of fire flame. By using pure water inside copper tube, wasted heat energy will easily absorbed. Wasted heat will absorbed at the evaporator side and transfered by water to the condenser side. In this section, heat energy will pass through bottom surface area of LPG tank to recover heat energy that absorbed by liquid LPG during evaporation process. By using this method, pressure will increasing and causes fire flame constantly during the cooking process. As the result, cooking time will be shorter, especially for cooking in a large number. Of course there are still some lack from this prototype, hopefully it can be enhanced someday. And makes this final project as a reference for next prototype and also for wider-scale usage. |
