Summary:Currently, the needs of production information for monitoring, controlling, and reporting performance to internal and external parties including The Government of Indonesia offices is increased significantly in PT. Freeport Indonesia. Information is delivered to consumer <br /> <br /> <br /> data or customer in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Incorrect production report will <br /> <br /> <br /> lead to incorrect production controlling, follow up, and reporting. As the report producer, Metallurgy Accounting Department must provide production report meet the needs of customer specification. In fact, the customer has still found incorrect information in production report and late to receive the production report. More than that, customer had often complained about not receiving the report. It happened because the current performance management system is insufficient having the performance measurement, performance variable, and accountability integrating to organization and customer. <br /> <br /> <br /> This problem can be solved with designing the performance management which comprehensively integrated both to the organization and customer. Therefore, one of <br /> <br /> <br /> performance management framework to use is integrated performance measurement system (IPMS). The framework is applied by using three simple perspectives to determine the performance variable. The perspectives are organization output, internal process, and resources which integrated to the organization and customer. <br /> <br /> <br /> The design of performance management has resulted performance variable which related to customer needs which are accuracy, timeliness, and amount of report. Moreover, the performance management can be applied in online Web application system to measure and record the performance result. Furthermore, online system is able to measure and assign the accountability to the report's contributor such as employee, supplier, and technology. Therefore, the performance improvement takes place effectively and faster. Eventually, the performance <br /> <br /> <br /> management design hopefully can improve and develop organization, employee, and process productivity which can lead to report quality to foster continuous improvement.
