DETERMINATION OF ALLOCATION OF GAS RATE IN MULTI CLUSTERED WELL SYSTEM

Description
Summary:In multi clustered well system, gas from the reservoir flows through the pipes from well floor to a gathering point which is called manifold. The amount of gas that is produced from the system should satisfy the minimum flow rate. Nearing the end period of plateau time, the minimum flow rate may not be achieved due to the decrease of reservoir pressure.

Gas deliverability model is constructed here to find allocation of gas rate in each well with the corresponding boundary conditions. Finally the problem is solved numerically with Genetic Algorithm.
