Modular processing is used so that the next generation Digital Television Technology can easily be incorporated. The GNU Radio Software Defined Radio Framework is used to exploit it’s flexibilty in processing radio signal, so that digital television signal processing module can easily be made in the future. <br />

Signal processing in this project is done by using blocks that are written in C++. Those blocks are glued together with python, and the user interface is made with <br />

wxPython. <br />

The outcome that is expected of this project is a program that capable to process and view audio and video from analog broadcast television with PAL standard. The program is tested and found complying to the PAL standard. |
