Undang-undang Perseroan Terbatas No. 40 Tahun 2007 about natural resources exploiting companies to conduct / exercise a Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR) is declared, PT. XYZ Pulp and Paper's CSR programs are carried independently by Care and Empowerment for the Community (CECOM) Foundation serves as an interesting phenomenon to study.<p>Integrated Farming System (IFS) as one of the empowerment program held by CECOM is considered as an alternative solution to enchance the community especially marginal farmers. As a form of a true corporate social responsibility action for and with the local community, this program supports goverment effort to eliminate poverty.<p>Result from vectorial project analysis on CECOM's IFS Programs shows an escalation on livelihood and mindset indicators of the developing partners, which in terms of credit programme showing a good performance. This facts encourage implementation of VPA on CECOM's other community empowerment programs, in turn results shall provide a better, firmer ground for credit feasibility analysis by KSP Mitra Madani as CECOM's initiation or other micro finance institutions. <br />
