This final projec will be discussed about a maintenance management system for Caterpillar 793 dump trucks which point of discuss is preventive maintenance for planning and scheduling based on Inspection, Small repair, Medium Repair, Overhaul (ISMO). The point of discuss will assist <br /> <br /> <br /> maintenance department to reduce dump truck down time in one of mining company. <br /> <br /> <br /> The first steps that taken in this report are comprehension about equipment maintenance procedure, collecting dump truck maintenance data from mining company, books reference, and internet. The next step is comparative study at company that executed maintenance management process which similar with ISMO, such as company of aircraft maintenance. After that, understand, compare, and study the real data (mining and aircraft maintenance) as well as maintenance process that used for, then the data and the maintenance process that damage will be repaired and completed with a purpose to make planning and scheduling Caterpillar 793 dump trucks based on ISMO. <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of this final project are dump trucks maintenance schedule that consist of annual, monthly, weekly, and daily schedule.
