subsidence be taken into account enough factors. In addition affects the structure and equipment of the platform, subsidence can also be a direct load for the piping structure at the wells for direct contact between the two. This load is believed to affect the integrity of
the structure of the well drilling. It is necessary to analyze the stress to ensure the integrity of wells.
This final project analize the tubing stress on oil and gas wells that experienced loading subsidence. Analysis carried out by using ANSYS Multiphysics software. The case studies in this analysis is a LA-10 well at Area Lima of BP Offshore North West Java (ONWJ). The purpose of this project is to understand the structure of the oil wells, the phenomenon of subsidence and able to get the stress and displacement occurs in the well structure due to various loading. From the analysis, a maximum stress occurs is 221748,14 psi. Critical stress occur in 3 point of tubing. The result of the linear stress analysis was not valid because the stress is already above the yield. For that, it is necessary to done in a nonlinear stress analysis, and found that the maximum stress that occur is 87990,04 psi with maximum strain is 5,1. |
