Microplate which consist of containing small holes of colored sample condensation, beside microplate can be used; solder cup also is able to be placed in scanner. The scanner will produce digital image form from color sample condensation furthermore it can be translated to visible spectrum from three color components (red, green and blue) from the sample condensation. By using image analyses software, form of spectrum is converted to get absorbance value from sample condensation representing the result of the digital image analysis. From the result of this analysis, it can be obtained by absorbance value from sample and then it can be calculated by concentration in sample condensation. Chemical analysis technique to reaction of colorimetric by using this digital image referred as Digital Color Image. This technique is expected can replace technique analyze by using spectrophotometer which can be used in determination of concentration in a sample condensation colorimetric. Digital image technique by using this scanner has some advantages, it is easier to be got and the expense is cheap. text |
