THE STUDY OF THE ASSESSMENT SYSTEM OF THE MAINTENANCE HOSPITAL BUILDING

The maintenance activity of the hospital building must be measured to know the success of the application of the system when compared with Permenpu no 24 in 2008 about the maintenance guide and the maintenance of the building In Fact in field, was not gotten an aid to measure the maintenance activity. <br /> <br /> <br /> This research tried to formulate assessment aids the maintenance of the building that was applied to the hospital building. Each maintenance activity and the maintenance of the building was divided in the aspect stage, the category, the component, and subcomponent afterwards was given by the weight by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method (AHP). The distribution of the weight that was produced for the aspect stage; the Organization 32.78 %, SDM 26.11 %, and the method 41,11%. The aspect stage of human resources; quality 62,32%, quantity 13,73%, and training 23.95 %. The category stage of the aspect of the Architectural method 5.50 %, Structural 14.28 %, Mechanical 13.46 %, Electrical 31.62 %, Outdoor 9.39 %, and the Housekeeping 25.75 %. <br /> <br /> <br /> By using aids, was carried out by the assessment towards the maintenance activity and the maintenance of the building that was applied in the Hospital of Al Islam (RSAI), was obtained produced the achievement 85.18 % that meant the minimal condition for the maintenance activity was fulfilled with the category was very good. With these results the improvement activity of the maintenance system could be in RSAI increased when necessary.
