The problem that arises are (1) the lack of competency definition; (2) job responsibility is incompatible with the employee positions; (3) PIC working over work load so this final project will formulate HR TS&A job competencies and analyze the workload of each employee. <br /> <br /> <br /> This competency designing by Spencer & Spencer (1993) model with Focus Group Discussion and Job Competencies Questioner to HR TS&A employee and their leader and Work load analysis using a method Full Time Equivalent (FTE) by work time process measuring to define all PIC work load for their job responsibility to HR TS&A workforce hiring planning. <br /> <br /> <br /> Result of this research showed the gap between PIC competency and competency requirements and from work load analysis also shows the work load is excessive that PIC received. From this analysis to find this problem solving, will be impact to HR TS&A performance to achieve their target as a Team with Service Excellence from their costumer. text |
