The used of aqueous phase volume was 25 mL and chloroform organic phase was 15 mL would give the optimum of percent extraction with addition 2 mL acetylacetone 15 %. Beryllium extraction from the artificial sample which mixture of beryllium, iron and aluminium with mole ratio of beryllium to iron and aluminium was 1:1:1 until 1:6:6 have given close to 100 % extraction of beryllium. The variation sample ores volumes which content illite, clinochlore and quartz compounds with addition of standard beryllium 500 ppm with variation volumes was 4, 3 and 5 mL would give percent extraction of beryllium close to 100 %.
