Summary:Nowadays, competitiveness between airlines comes stricker in aviation. PT. Garuda Indonesia as the only one flag carrier in Indonesia is preparing its Quantum Leap in 2014 to get better and better services quality dan performances. To get into and lead that competition Garuda‟s routes network becomes important to be managed and reach its optimal performances. In managing routes network, Garuda had agreed some cooperations – BITA/MITA, SPA, Codeshare – with a lot of foreign airlines. Furthermore, this paper especially research only in codeshare. And now Garuda needs to evaluate its codeshare agreements in which have been doing for years. Codeshare evaluation also becomes very important, remembering that Garuda is going to join Sky Team Global Alliance, in which codesharing is a way in doing the alliance. And now, this paper research how to evaluate codeshare profitability by all datas that were provided and possible to be used. Also this paper was limited only Garuda Indonesia as marketing carrier in 2009.
