This method uses low frequency waves, so that the wavelength that would be generated would be much longer than using the source wave with high frequency (active). Penetration depth that can be achieved with this method is 100 meters below ground surface. Determination of wave profiles performed with field data collection using 12 pieces geophones placed on the media who wish to observe. text |
