This final project develope computation program use to determine ion flux from experiment chemical potential gradient data. Before determine ion flux from chemical potential gradient data, calibration of selective electrode to get equivalency between chemical potential gradient and concentration should be done first. After that the equivalency value use for determine the ion flux value. <br />
