Approach Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model is one way to develop logical relation based on decision making problem into a systematic model, implementing the relation among the factors. AHP can be used as a tool to support the decision to Distric Government Cirebon in which process decision making by considering the cognitive thoughts which is done later to consider the elements. Analytical of hierarchy priority representating of lining steps up should be done. And regarding about comprehensive and coordinated strategic process planning need requirement of knowladge about internal and external company – in this case BAPPEDA TK II Cirebon as Cirebon Distric Government Planning Institution - besides what Key Success Factor in it. text
