The adequate number and quality of local talent pools in critical positions will determine PT XYZ’s organization readiness to continuously deliver new technologies and business solutions to the customers. The implementation of integrated talent management framework will supports PT XYZ Indonesia to sustain and build all critical skills and leaderships needed to compete in rapid changes of technologies and market demands. <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this final project is to identify the talent management related processes and systems that need to be established or enhanced in order to build an <br /> <br /> <br /> integrated talent management framework within PT XYZ Indonesia. Mixed research methodology was utilized in this project to expand an understanding from quantitative method to qualitative method and to confirm findings from different data collection methods. The priority was given to the quantitative data collection in order to assess the current implementation of talent management process in PT XYZ Indonesia. The qualitative method was used to confirm, cross validate or corroborate findings of the quantitative study. <br /> <br /> <br /> This final project results indicated that end to end integrated talent management framework was not well established in PT XYZ Indonesia. Some talent management <br /> <br /> <br /> sub-processes were available and implemented but they were working on silo and lack of strong linkage between each sub-process. This final project proposed some <br /> <br /> <br /> improvement programs which need to be developed and implemented in order to support an integrated talent management process based on rapid changes of technologies and business landscape in PT XYZ Indonesia. There are no stand alone talent management sub-process will give maximum impact to business growth and business sustainability without having strong linkage and bonding to other subprocesses. <br /> <br /> <br /> PT XYZ Indonesia needs to implement proposed end to end integrated talent management framework and perform some proposed improvement plan for each talent management sub-processes in order to achieve its business objectives and sustains as market leader in Indonesia telecommunication business arena. text
