Description
Summary:The use of sensors in this life has already been widely used and developed. The piezoelectric properties is one of the electronic properties that will show when there are mechanical problems. The application of piezoelectric has already been widely used and applied in everyday life as a mechanic and biology sensor.

The raw material that is capable in producing the largest Piezoelectric effect is the Poly(vinylidene flouride) material (=PVDF). PVDF is one of the polymers that has a semicrystaline composition which consists of crystals and amorphs. The phase of the structure of a PVDF crystal consists of alpha, beta and gamma. The making of a sensor can not be separated from its absolute condition, which is the resistivity value on the surface of the thin film of PVDF. The measurement of the resistivity of the PVDF surface uses the Four Point Probe method with the current and voltage as the parameters. From the graph of the current and voltage, we can find outthe value of the surface resistance and resistivity. This measurement of the surface resistivity will be measured and observed in the form of the crystal that will form on the PVDF structure.
