UI also become the Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise Awards (MAKE Awards) and achieved the award three times in a row from 2005 until 2007. MAKE Awards is an award for organization that have been successfully implemented KM in Indonesia After implementing KM for almost 10 years the next question for UI is “What are the influencing factors of a successful KM in organization to give meaningful support for company sustainablility and continous improvement?” <br /> <br /> This study directed towards analyze the succesfull factors in KM implementation in UI. This study start with literature study, conduct a survey with UI employees as a respondent and doing interview with KM experts to analyze the factors to evaluate a successful KM implementation in UI. The result of the research shows that UI has successfully implemented KM and align with their business strategy, People group which consist of seven (7) category which are: 1)Culture earn score 21 from maximum score 25 is appreciable very succesfull. 2)Leadership earn score 16 from maximum score 20 is appreciable succesfull. 3)Work method earn score 11 from maximum score 15 is appreciable succesfull. 4)Reward earn score 12 from maximum score 15 is appreciable succesfull. 5)Structure earn score 13 from maximum score 15 is appreciable very succesfull. 6)Networks earn score 12 from maximum score 15 is appreciable succesfull. 7) Training earn score 12 from maximum score 15 appreciable is succesfull. Process group which consist of three (3) category which are: 1)Policy earn score 23 from maximum score 30 is appreciable succesfull. 2)Knowledge Management earn score 20 from maximum score 25 is <br /> <br /> appreciable succesfull. 3)Work improvement earn score 16 from maximum score 20 is appreciable succesfull. Technology group which consist of four (4) category which are: 1)Feature earn score 24 from maximum score 30 is appreciable succesfull. 2)Application earn score 16 from maximum score 20 is appreciable succesfull. 3) Infrastructure earn score 8 from maximum score 10 is appreciable succesfull. 4) Repository earn score 7 from maximum score 10 is appreciable succesfull. Based on the explanation above the conclusion is UI merit for MAKE Awards as a company that has successfully implemented KM as a tool to achieve business sustainability, business growth, and creating long term values for stakeholders, employees and business partner. <br /> text |
