<p align=\"justify\">There are plenty of warung interne( That can be found in Bandung. The easiness Internet access through waning Internet has drawn many customers to use waning intcrnct. The factors in which customers consider as important in selecting a warung intcrnct is developed from the customer satisfaction model., The customer satisfaction model which is developed here has five factors that influence the customer satisfaction, they are: the customer personal factor (buyer personal philosophies factor and buyer needs), the marketing mix factor, past experience factor, and external environment factor. The result shows that there are dominant variables and high responses from the respondents in Bandung Utara. Principal component extraction method resulted fifteen principal components, which are\'. the product and service quality component, comfort ness component. game component. socialization component, promotion component, external environment component- tell-to-others component. satisfaction - price component. ecommerce component, word of mouth component, comunleation component security component, and curiosity component. Other findings from this research are that the main market for waning internet me high school graduated people which 65% are college students, and the most used interne( facility in Bandung Utara are community (e-mail and chatting), information and entertainment (game. music, etc . |
