Summary: | There is a lot of factors in satellite launch vehicle design which determined strongly successfulness of launch mission. The two of them are each stages rocket mass configuration and pitch program. An optimum rocket configuration will produce maximum ideal velocity. Pitch program determine maximum payload mass that can be delivered to the orbit. In this thesis, software as tools in satellite launch vehicle design was developed by using Matlab/Simulink. The software is able to optimize rocket configuration by using Lagrange Multipliers Method. Influences of pitch program to rocket performances is obtained by simulating the optimum rocket configuration. Influences of pitch program and mass ratios variation to rocket performance has been analized in this thesis. |
