In order to enhance performance and gives best services, KANDATEL Bandung has created a condusive work environment so its employees will have spirit to innovate, speed to respond problems and opportunities. That spirits have to give positive influence to company sustainability. Innovation, speed of response and responsive to opportunities are a spirit of an entrepreneur. If that spirit or character own by company <br />

then it called corporate entrepreneurship. The purpose of the research is to find out the corporate entrepreneurship orientation in KANDATEL Bandung with analyzing the influencing factors that form corporate <br />
<br />
<br />
entrepreneurship and gives strategical suggestion to enhance KANDATEL Bandung performance. <br />
<br />
<br />
EOS (Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey) use to analyze the entrepreneurial culture orientation whereas ELQ (Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionairre) both questionnaire source come from Neal Thornberry (2006) books. EOS and ELQ data collected from 100 questionnaire which distributed to all KANDATEL Bandung employees. The result shows that every calculated dimension counted about 2,64 which percepted low and 3,84 which percepted high, which the majority of the dimension are in average <br />

<br />
perception. Whereas from ELQ research there is discrepancy between importancy (I) entrepreneurial behaviour of a KANDATEL Bandung leader based on employees opinion and the frequency (F) of entrepreneurial behaviours conducts by the KANDATEL Bandung leader, which the level of fulfillment (F/I) about 88,02% (Miner) until 91,74% (integrator). The result of this research hopefully can fully support <br />

the corporate entrepreneurship implementation and growing spirit to innovate, catch opportunies and gives best services. |
