The increase in the intraperitoneal pressure due to coughing has a high value outside the working area of the void volume fraction of the hydrostatic pressure (P). Therefore to ilustrate the effects of the pressure increment, it is choosed for pressure of working area between 1 and 3 mmHg. The effects increase the pressure in peritoneal tissue and cause more fluid flow into the blood vessels and lymph. Furthermore, the increase in peritoneal tissue makes the volumetric flux jv and solute flux js across the tissue also increase. The more fluid flow into the blood vessels and lymph causes the fluid flow into tissue qv and the glucose flow qs have more negative value also decreases the glucose concentration CG in the tissue. Position of the deeper vessels in the tissue has a slower reaction to the increasing pressure compared with position of vessels which close to peritoneal cavity. text |
