and the leader is crucial in this. A long the way, Kanwil VI Bandung would meet various obstacles and challenges. Therefore, it is a must to boost the creation of innovative ideas and new ways to overcome those barriers. Corporate entrepreneurship is a process taht represents the entrepreneurial activities wich <br />
<br />
<br />
requires approval and commitment from the organization to maximize the use of available resources, aiming to generate inovative activities in the form of innovative <br />
<br />
<br />
product, process and service. Through the optimal implementation of CE in Kanwil VI Bandung it is expected to overcome the obstacles and to transform the challenges become opportunites, so thet would improve the effectivness and efficiency of work performance. <br />
<br />
<br />
The objective of this final project are to analyze key dimensions of intrapreneurship (conducted through EOS;s questinnaire) and to analyze the importance of <br />
<br />
<br />
entrepreneurial leadership (conducted through ELQ’s questionnaire) in Kanwil VI Bandung. This questionnaire were collected from 58 respondens (from total 90 <br />
<br />
<br />
employees) that represent ed all elements in Kanwil VI Bandung. EOS survey results indicated that the overall implementation CE in Kanwil VI Bandung was suitable. This was shown by entrepreneurial dimension score from 2.51 (Risk taking) to 3.96 (speed) in 5 scale, with most dimensions were scored at high level. ELQ survey results <br />
<br />
<br />
shows that the leader’s entrepreneurial behavior had met the staff’s expectation. This was shown by the achivement of the implementation frequency (F) to the level of importance (I) on the leader’s entrepreneurial behavior, ranged between 86,16% (Explorer) to 87,15% (integrator). From the results of this research, it is expected that all elements in the Kanwil VI Bandung would support and take various actions to optimize the implementation of CE, such as creating and developing the reward system and also continuosly innovating the innovation. On the other hand, the implementation is projected to be helpful towards Kanwil VI Bandung work targets. |
