Education is an important element in human development in a country. The effort to improve human qualities through education believed as a way to make our country equal to other country regionally and internationally. <br /> <br /> <br /> In the globalization era, competition between workforces is increasingly strict. High education institution graduates do not only compete with national high education institution graduates but also international high education institution graduates. To solve this situation, high education institution should improve the quality of their graduates to compete with international graduates. One of the strategies to give quality assurance for the high education institution graduates is international accreditation. <br /> <br /> <br /> EQUIS is the accreditation system that became reference in this final project to give the quality assurance. EQUIS is an accreditation system governed by European Foundation for Management Development that primarily focused on management and business administration higher education institutions. EQUIS has ten assessment dimensions that translated to assessment standards and criteria. The process is needed to meet the standards <br /> <br /> <br /> and criteria. The process should be integrated into series of process in the high education institution. <br /> <br /> <br /> IBEST is designed to give solution for high education institution to get EQUIS accreditation. <br /> <br /> <br /> IBEST is abbreviation of Integrated Business Process for Higher Education System. IBEST consist of four cycles, there are planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. These four cycles also classified into time cycle. The time cycle consist of five year, one year, and six month. The design of primary business process produce six functions, there are academic, finance, facility, human resource, information technology, and marketing. Beside primary business process, there is also finance business process that designed to meet one of assessment dimensions. <br /> <br /> <br /> In implement changes in organization, change management is needed. There are so many approaches to manage resistance to change, including situational approach by Kotter and Schlesinger. Socialization about the important of change, and also the resources support such <br /> <br /> <br /> as training, money, and information technology are important factors to get more attention.
