PT. Freeport Indonesia is mine company, To meet vision and mission especially Undergrounds Mine develop team which commited and competent to safely built, operate, and maintain world class underground mines that consistenly achieve targeted result utilizing best practice and technology. As one of company main objective to do best practice, then a lot of improvement in operational technique has conducted to increase quality and efficiency In the future, underground mine will be a main project in PT. Preeport Indonesia. So it needs good preparation to operate underground mine in the future. In underground mine production engineering, besides engineering it selves, it need to provide accurate, complete, and faster data and report to support planning and decision making to increase productivity and efficiency. This final project proposed to study for sistem alternatives and management of database improvement. Current database has some lack to develop for quality data improvement by automated data validation, and also to develop database and report system. Objectives of this project are a study of system preference and how to implement in good way when new system prefered, to achieve well changes and avoid future failure due to remaining resistance. Some method uses for analysis are Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to prefer information technoloy system to solve current problem, using of Change Management technique, with Prosci method to implement change plan. acQuire is result of the analysis, this software application could support of system improvement, especially due to its good reliability, meet customer requirement, and flexible to costumize. Change Management use to implement the change by tim and sponsor preparation, communication plan and resistance management, reinforcement to ensure change implemented well, and all resistance and feedback can be resolve and corrected.
